This sample is from my “”Social Media and Self” essay. To make revisions, I highlighted signal phrases in blue, empty worded in green, changes in red, and turned the text of quotes from black to green. This helped me literally see the actual construction of my essays, and is an activity I should do more often when revising in order to make my paper the best it can possibly be.
