A space I enjoy working in is the upstairs group study room in the library. It’s nice and quiet and is fun to work in with friends and has a nice view of the walking area around Decary. A positive aspect to this workspace is the quiet and openness. As a result of its library nature it’s incredibly easy to get work done by myself or with friends. The only drawback is that the availability to the room is hit or miss and is a bit of a walk in the rain from my dorm.
The lounge to my dorm is another area in which I work in frequently. One of the positives to this area is that there is always people from my floor working in here, so I can always get help or have the reassurance of someone being in the room doing the same work as me when I need it. This however can be a distraction, as well of the fact that comfortable seats are limited. Despite these facts, I do my work here often.
